This Shipping Policy governs the shipment and delivery of all research compound orders placed through 360pepshealth.com. All orders ship domestically within the United States only — 360PEPS does not ship internationally.

2. Shipping Eligibility and Restrictions

360PEPS ships to verified residential and commercial addresses within the United States.

No P.O. Boxes: orders submitted with a P.O. Box will be held, and we will contact you to provide a valid street address before your order is processed.

3. Order Processing

4. Shipping Carriers and Methods

8. Special Handling — Temperature-Sensitive Compounds

Most 360PEPS research peptides are lyophilized (freeze-dried) and should be transferred to frozen storage (-20°C) immediately upon receipt. Reconstitution water and other liquid diluents should be stored at room temperature, away from direct light. Any product whose label or Safety Data Sheet specifies refrigerated storage (2–8°C) should be refrigerated immediately and protected from light.
